Welcome to the DExH/D Protein database 2.0!
This is the completely updated version of the DExH/D protein database from 2000.
This database aims to provide systematic information on DExH/D proteins, the proteins of the helicase superfamily 2 that work on RNA and that are often referred to as RNA helicases (Figure).
DExH/D proteins: members of the helicase superfamily (SF) 2 that work on RNA. The protein families of the Helicase superfamily 2. DExH/D proteins are in bold. Numbers indicate the individual proteins in each family in human, yeast and E.coli.
